THANKS TO THE ORIGAMI 5'S PRECISION AND EFFICIENCY, AND THANKS TO THE REDUCTION OF A FREIGHT TRANSPORT – THE PERSONAL FACTORY SYSTEM HAS BECOME VERY ECO-FRIENDLY.


1. ZERO WASTE

First in the industry, we have adopted an internal disciplinary policy that obliges us to maintain maximum production precision in dosing and to recycle by-products. In this way, we manage to have a production cycle with zero waste.



2. PRODUCTS IN WATER DISPERSION

We produce only the products in water dispersion for two main reasons:
- water dilution products have a very low environmental impact in comparison to the solvents ones;
- water is available on all markets on which we operate. That is why all our water dilution products are sold dry. This way we can further reduce the quantity of material to be transported on the long distances.



3. REDUCING PACKAGING

Our company policy implies an attempt to reduce to the minimum packaging, which is always less than 0.5% of the packed product, to facilitate its reuse, and to use only easily recyclable materials, such as paper, carton, and PE. The reduction of packaging also reduces the material to be transported.



4. CLEANING WITHOUT WASTING

In Origami 5, the absence of mechanical parts to be cleaned, significantly reduce the waste of the material. Waste materials that are still uncontaminated can therefore be used for sampling and preassembled for sale in case of build-up.

5. REDUCED SHIPPING

A bag of pre-mix is composed for the most part (+/- 95%) by binders (sand, cement, lime, ...) available anywhere on the world's territory. The Origami 5 plant allows to produce locally, using such local raw materials. So travel only the chemical compound (+/- 5% of the finished product) and information, and the transport of material over long distances reduced by 95%.



6. LESS THAN 250 W PER BAG

Each plant equipped with Origami 5 consumes less than 250 watts to produce a bag.
