CONTROL, AUTOMATION UNIT AND SWITCHGEAR

The unit consists of an embedded PC, a resistant 17'' touch screen, a laser bar code scanner, and communication web server, equipped with the new management software CloudFab 2.0 that, thanks to its new intuitive interfaces, was designed for managing all production processes including the know-how and traceability, directly and automatically from machines connected to our cloud applications.
The switchgear is an independent compound cabinet connected to the machine by the connectors.



UPPER WEIGHING UNIT

It consists of a weighing bin connected to the casing via 3 weighing cells for platforms with capacity 300 kg each, and a butterfly valve (φ 300) with pneumatic actuator equipped with a sensor.
The signal is read when the load cells are processed, converted and transmitted in digital protocol to the web server into the panel that transmits the correct weights directly to the PC via UDP.
The software manages dosing of materials thanks to the data sent back by the weighing cells. As soon as the pre-set weight of the material aggregates to be mixed has been reached, the software sends to the actuator the signal to open the valve, so that the aggregate material fall towards the mixing room.



MIXING UNIT

This is a very high turbulence intensity turbo mixer which uses the copyrighted VHTM 2 (very high turbulent mixing) technology. It consists of the three blades connected to a rotary shaft. The whole machine is covered by two 5 mm-thick shells in steel galvanized with electrolytic process. The new profile of the blades, as well as the very high speed of rotation, allows having a double-cleaning effect, for mechanical removal by contact and removal by air turbulence.
The structural patented form of the valve was specifically designed for Origami 5. It presents a very reduced contact area and an extremely short stroke, thereby making instantaneous the opening and closing, thus eliminating the problems of friction and therefore wear or locking.
The material packing system is realized with the usage of the copyrighted Variable Spin Packaging system, which has no transport mechanisms. The conveyed material literally flies into the bags. Thanks to the use of the Fast Clean 2 technology, the mixer is sand washed and thus ensures a product changeover inferior to 3 minutes grey/grey and 15 minutes red/white.



PACKING UNIT

It consists of an adjustable nozzle, connected to a cast iron base.
The bag is placed on the discharge nozzle and is held tight by a pneumatic drive actuated by a two-hand control panel, thus ensuring a totally safe use of the machine by operators.
With the Variable Spin Packaging system, it has been inserted the ability to run bags of different sizes and the possibility of bagging in containers different from paper bag (for example in a bucket or, with containment pit, in big bags) playing the ad-hoc optional basis of Origami 5.



UPPER LOADING UNIT

It consists of a bin with approx. capacity 1,400 ltr. Characterized by a tank in welded plate, by a frame made with special steel profiles, tubes for the rapid movement and a screw, arranged horizontally, open over the entire length to avoid bridges.
The dispensing system follows a curve with 10 levels of adjustment, which auto regulates itself in accordance to the quantity of material still to be dosed.
Usually, it is used for binders (cement, mortar, gypsum, etc.) or fine ashes. Its structure is appropriate for quick displacements (approx. 10 min per interchange). It is rechargeable from above.



LOWER LOADING UNIT

It consists of a bin with approx. capacity 2,500 ltr. It is characterized by a tank of a welded plate, a casing made of special steel profiles, and a screw disposed on an angle of approx. 50°.
The dispensing system follows a curve with 10 levels of adjustment which regulates itself as a function of the quantity of material still to be dosed.
Usually it is used for binders (cement, mortar, gypsum, etc.) or fine ashes. Its structure is not appropriate for quick displacements (approx. 25 min per interchange). It is rechargeable from above.
