Origami is the production plant patented and realized by Personal Factory, unique in the world and with a totally innovative production technology. Origami, in a physical space one fifth smaller than those required for a traditional plant, stores the raw materials, doses, mixes them together with the chemical compound, bags everything, traces the entire production up to the single bag, verifies that there are no errors in production and keeps the product certification platform active. Practically all powdered products that are called "building chemicals", i.e.: cementitious adhesives, joints, decorative mortars such as microcements, repair mortars, thick plasters, coloured finishing plasters, thermal plasters, ecological plasters, self-levelling plasters for floors, waterproofing and cement sheaths, screeds, moulded concrete products and many other special products. With particular focus on all decorative powder products where the personal factory solution is the only one able to produce custom micro-batches.

In order to adapt to all needs, Personal Factory has designed several Origami models that all have the same technology and quality that are the trademark of the company. A minimum of space to be able to install the plant and comfortably manage the production (about 100/150 sqm), a forklift able to lift about 2 tons at about 5 m, a three-phase electrical connection, a compressed air connection and an internet connection. In addition, of course, it is necessary to equip oneself with the raw materials, which in most cases are cement and selected aggregates. We'll take care of the rest.

Thanks to the step-by-step guidance included in the software on board the machine, even the most complicated operations become simple.
